Instructions
- Submerge dental guard in hot water (NOT boiling) for 4-6 seconds or until softened
- Remove dental guard carefully and quickly blot with a towel
- Put dental guard into mouth, pushing it up and back, then bite down firmly for 15-20 seconds
- Remove dental guard from mouth and submerge in ice water, let cool for 1-2 minutes and cut off tab when custom fit is made
