Instructions:
- Apply oil or lotion to desired area, as cellulite cupping should never be performed on dry skin.
- Firmly squeeze the Theracup to remove the air inside and apply the rim to the desired area of skin.
- Slide the Theracup across the skin in a back and forth motion to massage the skin.
- Proceed to move the Theracup in a ‘S’ formation without breaking the seal.
- Finish with applying deeper pressure to the cup while moving the cup for deep tissue massage.
- Cellulite cupping can be performed in the following areas: triceps, stomach, hips, buttocks, thighs, and legs.
- Cellulite cupping should never be performed on mucous membranes, breast glands, or genitals.
- Make sure the Theracup does not stay in one location too long (2 minutes max) to prevent bruising.
